About Crunch

Crunch sells low-cost UK bookkeeping software alongside a separate online accountancy service. The software line is what we compare here: a free forever tier supported by adverts, a low-cost Lite tier that removes them, and a Plus tier that adds a live bank-feed connection, the Luca Auto Match AI reconciliation tool, a personal tax estimator, bulk invoice import and export, and included MTD VAT and MTD for Income Tax return filing. Every tier sends unlimited invoices, tracks expenses and takes card payments through CrunchPay. Below Plus, MTD VAT filing is a small monthly add-on, and Self Assessment filing is a paid one-off on any software tier.

Crunch was founded in 2009 and is headquartered in Brighton, United Kingdom.
